..it's so good to have you here! 

Firstly I thought it might be a good idea to start with some introductions. My name is Emma Lovewell (in case you didn't know!) and I've been a fitness instructor for the last 10+ years. Some of you might know me from Peloton where I've been an instructor teaching to millions of people virtually around the globe since 2017. If you've been to one of my classes it's great to meet you here, in my new personal space. But I'm also the founder of the blog Live Learn Lovewell, and an author (!) of my first book, Live Learn Love Well Lessons from a Life of Progress Not Perfection.

People often ask me what wellness means to me and the truth is: it’s striving for our emotional, physical, and spiritual selves to exist in harmony. It may never be completely balanced, but I believe in working towards it. That’s my north star.
