I do a lot of things that set me up for a great day. Some of those things include drinking a glass of water first thing in the morning, going outside (if the weather permits) to get some sun on my face, do my skincare routine, cuddle with my cats Kimchi and Rhody, move my body and do a workout or a stretch, and journal/write lists for my day ahead. But if I had to pick just ONE thing I do that sets me up for a great day, I’d definitely say:
